Thank you for using Rideagain.com Beta site. The program that runs this web site is still highly experimental, and this is a work in progress so bare with us. If you get lost click on "My Account" and this is where you can start over doing what you were doing. If you need help not explained here below or to report a bug please use our contact form.
1). If this site is free to use why did I get an invoice and why are their payment totals etc.?

Because this site will be free until we iron out all the bugs and have a large enough user base to justify charging.
2). Why Can't I Complete Registration or Log in ?-
The most common reason is Your Browser Security Settings Must Be Set to Accept Cookies. Your Network Firewall Must Be Set to Accept Cookies.
3). I Already Made an Account Before. Now I'm Trying to Make a New Account Why Won't it Let Me?-
At the Top of the Browser Choose Tools => Internet Options => Click on Delete Cookies. Close all Browser Windows and Open a New Browser Window Before Trying Again. If You are Still Having Problems Please Contact Us With a Technical Support Request.
4). How to list ads & profiles ?-
To get started just use the quick register in the green bar at the top of the screen. Choose dealer or individual and enter your email address and a valid zip code review and agree to the terms of usage. After that just follow the step by step instructions.
5). What is a profile ?-
A profile is your public "Home Page" at Rideagain.com. Individual ads you list are anchored to your profile. Everyone who registers at Rideagain.com has a profile auto created, however the profile will look much better if you fill in all of the information requested.
6). How to upload images ?-
There are multiple ways to upload photos, we ask that you please use only jpeg images at this time with a maximum size of 750kb. To find out what type and size your images are right click on the image (Windows) or get info (Mac) the size should be less than 750k or 750,000 bytes and the image type should be jpg.
7). How to change/edit my profile(s)?-
Once you finish listing your first profile(s) all the way through you can go to your account by logging in and clicking on "My Account" in the black menu bar. Once in your "My Account" page click on "profile management" then click "edit" next to the profile you want to edit. If you edit the master profile all of your profiles are edited at once.Be sure and click the update button at the bottom of the profile editing form after you have made your changes.
8). How to change/edit my ads(s)?-
Once you finish listing your first profile(s) all the way through you can go to your account by logging in and clicking on "My Account" in the black menu bar. Once in your "My Account" page click on "ads management" then click "edit" next to the ad you want to edit. Be sure and click the update button at the bottom of the ad editing form after you have made your changes.
9). How to add new ads(s)?-
Once you finish listing your first profile(s) all the way through you can go to your account by logging in and clicking on "My Account" in the black menu bar.
Once in your "My Account" page click on "profile management" then click "edit" next to any of your profiles.
Scroll down to the bottom of the profile editing form and click on "Add and ad here" under "Individual Ads Tied to This Profile" This will take you to a new window where you can upload an optional image for the new ad, if you don't have an image you must still push the upload button to go forward with listing your ad.
After you push the upload button you will go back to the profile editing form scroll to the bottom and click on "Make This An Ad" under the photo you just uploaded you will then go to a form where you type in the details of your new ad and choose up to four additional images for this new ad.
Once you list the ad you will return to your "My Account" page and see the message "
Your New Individual Ad Has Been Listed!!!" in red type. Your new ad is accessible at the bottom of the page and in the "Ads Management" area.
10). How to add and edit images(s)?-
Log in and click on "Ads Management" in your "My Account" page. "click on edit next to the ad which images you want to change images on.
Click on "Edit Images" at the bottom of the ad editing form. This will take you to another window where you can add or delete images for this particular ad.
The main photo is the photo which will display in your profile and site wide wherever this ad appears, the rest of your images for this ad (if any) will only appear when a user clicks on a link to that ad.
11).Why are my profiles and/or ads on hold?-
There are several possible reasons why your ads and profiles are on hold:
Problem: You never finished listing your profile.
Solution: If when in your "My Account" page you see a message like this " Important Message: Please Finish Listing Your New Profile By Clicking Here " then you have not finished, click the link and follow the instructions to complete the listing process.
Problem: Something broke during the listing process.
Solution: Please Contact Us indicate the problem and what the email you signed up with is, we will fix the problem as soon as possible and let you know when its released to the public.
